About the role

Cross Working Relations Internal Marketing : Team, Social Media Team, Content Team, Senior Designer External Printing : suppliers (as directed)

• Job Purpose To support the design team by creating visual materials that align with the company’s branding and marketing needs under the guidance of senior designers.
• Key Responsibilities Assist in designing social media posts, banners, flyers, and marketing materials Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats Follow brand guidelines when producing artwork Support senior designers in campaign and project execution Prepare draft concepts and revise designs based on feedback Organize and maintain design files
• Gerneral Responsibilities Meet assigned deadlines for design tasks Follow company brand and design standards Coordinate with team members for required content and assets Adhere to company policies and workflow processes
• Key performance indicators ≥ 95% of assigned design tasks delivered on time ≤ 3 revision cycles per task due to technical/design errors 100% adherence to brand guidelines in submitted work ≥ 85% internal team satisfaction on quality of design output Improvement in design skill level measured through quarterly performance reviews
• Qualifications (Education & Work Experience) Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 2 years of experience (prefered agency background)
• Other Job Requirements (Skills / Licensing / Certification) Portfolio demonstrating basic design skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color usage Ability to follow design briefs accurately Time management and willingness to learn experience in AI is a plus
